PAYMENT MODALITIES AND STANDING FEES FOR PAINTING WORK
Payment for painting work is made in three installments:
The first payment is approximately one third of the expected total costs and must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a stand charge of € 22.00 net per calendar day will be due from the 8th day.
The second installment (also approx. 1/3 of the expected total costs) must also be paid within 7 days of invoicing. If payment is not made on time, work will be suspended from the 8th day of the due date and a stand fee of € 22.00 net per calendar day will be charged.
The final settlement is made with the final payment, which includes all outstanding amounts and must be paid when the vehicle is handed over, but at the latest within 14 days of the invoice being issued. From the 15th day onwards, a parking fee of € 22.00 net per calendar day will also be charged. If the final amount differs from the estimated partial payments, this will be taken into account accordingly in the final payment.
If it is not possible to hand over the vehicle in person, delivery will only take place after full payment of the entire invoice; the handover will be documented by photos
If a partial payment or the remaining payment is more than 14 days in arrears, a handling fee of € 100.00 net will be charged for taking the vehicle to a temporary storage facility. Work will not be resumed until payment has been received in full, whereby a period of 2 to 4 weeks must be allowed until the vehicle is reintegrated into the work schedule. No demurrage charges are payable for the period between receipt of payment and reintegration into the work schedule.
