Payment terms and
Stand fees for paintwork
1.) Appointment booking and deposit
Upon signing the order confirmation, the order will be bindingly included in capacity and schedule planning.
A deposit of approximately 1/3 of the estimated total cost is due upon signing and must be paid within 7 days.
The deposit serves as a binding reservation of the date.
2.) Second partial payment
The second installment (approx. 1/3 of the estimated total costs) is payable within 7 days of invoicing.
If payment is not made on time, work will be suspended from the 8th day after the due date and a standby fee of
€22.00 net per calendar day will be charged.
3.) Final settlement
The final invoice will be issued with the remaining payment, which includes all outstanding amounts. This must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date at the latest.
The vehicle will only be handed over after full payment has been received.
If the final amount differs from the estimated partial payments, this will be taken into account accordingly in the final payment.
Personal assessment
On-site visits are a separate, chargeable service and are billed according to the actual time spent and any travel expenses incurred.

Storage fees are only incurred if the vehicle is already at our premises and payments due are not received on time.
From the 8th day after the due date: €22.00 net per calendar day
Late payment, temporary storage, and reintegration
If a partial payment or the remaining payment is more than 7 days overdue, an additional handling fee of €100.00 net will be charged for transferring the vehicle to temporary storage.
Work will only resume once payment has been received in full.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for reintegration into the work schedule (depending on capacity).
No demurrage charges will be incurred for the period between receipt of payment and the actual resumption of work.
Withdrawal from the contract by the client
Withdrawal from the order is only possible in writing. If an order that has already been confirmed is canceled or withdrawn, the following rules apply:
Up to 12 months before the planned start of work:
